A sniper has shot the mayor and killed him while he was delivering a speech to a crowd of people. Luckily, you have located this man and now you want to go after him. The sniper, however, isn't the main target, as he was hired by someone else to perform this awful deed. Once you have located and eliminated the sniper, you must also catch the mastermind behind this evil plan in order to win the game.
