Vinnie is on a shooting rampage in the middle of the desert. He is being followed by a whole bunch of bad guys that are trying to get him, so keep your eyes open and make smart decisions fast. The cars that are following you usually have a driver and a shooter, and you can take aim and fire at both of them.
